Sometimes we forget to take care of ourselves, so I thought i’d give you all a list so your in check for self care.
Take a break
When life gets to much, the best thing to do is to take a break. Take time off by doing something you enjoy. It can be as little as taking a quiet walk to the park for ten minutes or as much as discovering and exploring a new city for the weekend. The break depends up to you! It’s really unhealthy to be working constantly and not taking care of yourself.
This is so simple yet the most forgotten thing to keep ourself healthy. Under drinking or over drinking water is so bad for your health and body. I have an old blogpost that is still so informative to this day. It is all about how much you water you should drink and more! Read it here.
One must always be rewarded for their hard work, don’t you agree? So pamper yourself once a week by: having a bubble bath with luxury products, read a book, paint your nails and watch a film. I recommend doing this on a Sunday because than it prepares you to be a boss for the week.
