How to have a fun and productive holiday

Hello everyone,

The summer holidays can get quite boring when there is nothing to do. Or you are just stuck in a lazy slump due to the exhaustion of the school year. Here is my method on staying productive the summer!

Be realistic

The best way to be productive is by writing down a few things you want to do/accomplish on the day. If you have to many things to do in one day to make it ‘fun’, your only just gonna make it stressful. If you have so many ideas buzzing in your mind, designate activities, time with friends on certain days. Don’t forget to leave at least 2 days in the week to chill and laze about at home. There needs to be a balance.

This really depends on what you want to do. If you have activities e.g: trampolining, paint balling etc, you need to make time for it. Just ease your way into what you want to do because if you exhaust yourself and not get enough sleep because you planned something so early, you will probably not do it.

Not just yourself

Have you ever realised that it’s your family or friends who motivate you during school hours? Why not plan a road trip or exercise with them and motivate each other. Do this and you won’t see your summer wasting away with Netflix.

Lastly….. It all depends on YOU! Only you could make your summer productive if you really wanted to, so what are you doing??? Go have fun and have an ice-cream!

So I hope you all enjoyed this little post. What are your ways to make your summer productive?
